How can I preserve my excess vegetables? Which process is better:
canning, freezing, drying, pickling? Which one preserves the most
nutrients? Do I have to have expensive equipment? What do I need
and where can I get it? Come join our food preservation workshop
to learn about these and other methods of preserving your
vegetables and fruits. The end of the season is fast approaching,
but with some advance preparation, you can still enjoy your farm
vegetables over the summer months ahead. Come and taste
numerous free samples of delicious vegetables that have been
canned, frozen and dehydrated and take home a jar of veggies you
preserved yourself.

$20 for members and $25 for non-members.
