Christine Abbey, this workshop offers the opportunity to learn
everything you need to know about goat ownership, choosing a
breed, housing, feeding, and especially, making cheese. This
workshop is appropriate for homesteaders and urban dwellers
alike. Participants will leave having acquired the skills needed
to produce fresh homemade cheeses in their own kitchens.
Reservations required.

$35 for members and $45 for non-members.
