Workshop presenter, Vicki Chelf has been writing vegetarian and
vegan cookbooks for close to thirty years. She is the author of 6
books, including
Cooking with the Right Side of the Brain, and The
Arrowhead Mills Cookbook
. She is a graduate of the Ringling
School of Art and Design and has a degree in holistic nutrition from
Clayton College.

In this workshop, participants will learn that vegans don't live by
vegetables alone. There are many other delicious and nutritious
staples that make up a balanced vegan diet. In this workshop, Vicki
will demonstrate how to plan a satisfying vegan menu, and provide
some easy recipes that can be incorporated into your diet whether
you want to be vegan, or simply add more plant-based foods to
your diet. Reservations required.

$25 for members and $30 for non-members.
