I would like to enroll as a member of Worden Farm this season. I have read the membership description,
and I understand the following: (1) Each week, my harvest share will consist of an assortment of produce,
depending on crop maturity and seasonal availability. (2) Most all of the produce is grown at Worden Farm,
and for more variety, additional local, organic or sustainable produce is included from other farmers.
(3) The $150 deposit is entirely non-refundable. (4) Any refund of membership payments beyond the
deposit will incur an administrative fee of $50, and these payments are entirely non-refundable after
October 1. (5) For On-Farm Market-Style or Farmers Market Credit memberships, any remaining credit at
season's end will be applied to the farm education program fund.(6) There is no member work
requirement, and there are no additional fees or commitments.

Membership will be secured when payment is received and confirmed by e-mail.
Confirmation and site location details are sent within 1 month of enrollment.
