FROZEN BASIL CUBES

2 cups fresh basil leaves
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
¼ cup vegetable or canola oil

Wash and dry basil leaves. Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend on
medium speed for 30-60 seconds, adding oil if necessary for blades to
spin. Pour into ice cube trays to freeze overnight, then store in your
freezer in a bag or plastic container for use all year long.
