LEMON BASIL-FETA SALAD DRESSING

Lemon basil has a special flavor, different from Italian Genovese basil.
It has a delicious, bright lemony taste, best used where you would
want a strong flavor of lemon, such as to complement fish or chicken,
or in this salad dressing recipe.
A bunch of lemon basil
8 oz feta cheese
Olive oil
Apple cider or rice vinegar
Lemon juice
3 Tbsp tahini (sesame butter)
2 Tbsp honey
Salt
Black pepper
A few cloves of garlic
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until creamy and
smooth. Adjust all ingredients to desired taste and texture. Best eaten
within a day.
