PASTA WITH GARLIC AND BASIL SAUCE

1 lb pasta
2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
3 frozen basil cubes
2 Tbsp olive oil
Parmesan cheese
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Cook packaged or fresh pasta according to directions. In a skillet on
medium heat, cook garlic in olive oil until golden. Add basil cubes and
turn off the heat, then add parmesan when cubes are melted. Drain
pasta and mix well with basil sauce, adding salt and fresh ground
pepper to taste.
