BROCCOLI STIR-FRY

2 Tbsp toasted sesame seed oil
¼ cup chopped scallions
2 cups broccoli
¼ cup diced tomato
2 Tbsp tamari (natural soy sauce)
Sesame seeds
Salt

Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add sesame
seed oil and scallions; stir-fry 2 minutes. Add broccoli; continue to
stir-fry for about 5 minutes. Add tomato and tamari, cook 2 minutes
longer. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and salt to taste. Serve hot.
