SAUTEED CABBAGE
One small head of cabbage
1/4 cup good olive oil
Sea salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Heat the oil in a deep pan on medium heat. Add the cabbage and toss
to coat. Season with salt and pepper and sauté until al dente.

Options: Gourmet it up with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, replace the
olive oil with some bacon, use infused olive oil for a variety of flavors,
toss in some fresh minced garlic or ginger, or shred a sweet apple and
add it and onions to the pan. Use half a head of white leaf and half a
head of purple cabbage to liven up the way it looks. It's your veggie
going on your plate -- have fun with it!
