4 cups Worden Farms dandelion greens, washed, dried
2 oz. butter/olive oil
3 tsp. garlic, minced
To taste salt, kosher
To taste pepper, white
Clean dandelion greens. Dry well.
When the dandelion greens are needed, sauté with garlic, butter/olive oil
and season.
Serve hot and taste; adjust seasoning
