Excellent on salads or sandwiches
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. white-wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup olive oil
3 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill
In a bowl, whisk together mustard, vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and
add oil in a stream, whisking until dressing is emulsified. Whisk in dill.
