FENNEL SAUCE
This low-fat sauce compliments the flavor of grilled or broiled seafood,
and is an excellent way to use those feathery, fragrant fennel leaves.

1 cup plain unflavored yogurt
¼ cup fresh fennel leaves, finely chopped
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients, can be pulsed in a food processor if desired.
Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight. Serve a small
portion over grilled or broiled seafood.
