1 bunch kale
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup olive oil
2/3 cup dried cranberries
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2/3 cup pecans
1/2 cup feta cheese
Wash kale thoroughly, and cut out the thick stem. Roll tightly together
and slice thinly. Add salt, oil, and lime juice and massage thoroughly
into the kale, about three minutes. Don't skimp on this step! Gently
toss in remaining ingredients. Serve and enjoy!
