KOHLRABI WITH HONEY BUTTER

Serves 8

8 small kohlrabi, peeled and cut into 1/4 x 1/4 x 1 sticks
2 medium carrots, peeled and cut into 1/8 x 1/8 x 1 strips
2 c. chicken broth
2 T. chopped parsley
1/2 t. shredded lemon peel
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. honey
1/4 t. fresh black cracked pepper
2 T. butter

In a medium saucepan cover and cook kohlrabi and carrots with chicken
broth for 6 to 8 min or until tender. Add all other ingredients. Toss
lightly and serve.
