KOHLSLAW
Adapted from Harris' Gardening Almanac.

2 - 3 Kohlrabi bulbs
2 carrots
1 tsp. sea salt
1/4 cups mayonnaise
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
pinch of dill or fennel leaves, chopped

Shred kohlrabi and carrots in grater. Toss vegetables with salt and let
sit for a few minutes. Rinse with water, pat dry. Combine remaining
ingredients in a bowl, and vegetables. Chill before serving.
