They are delicious and great for your health, too.
Watermelon has higher lycopene concentrations than any
other fruit or vegetable, and is high in Vitamins A, B6, C ,
and potassium. The traditional sliced melon is always great,
but melons also can be used in dishes, like salsas or salads.
You might get either a red or a yellow fleshed melon in this
week’s harvest share. Both taste the same – sweet!
