BALSAMIC ONIONS
Recipe by Chef Jason Osborne, Chef Instructor for Charlotte Techinal Center

2 small red onions, julienne
4 TBSP balsamic vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
To taste salt & pepper

Slice onions and place in a bowl. Toss with vinegar, oil and salt & pepper.
Place in a baking dish & cover. Roast at 375 until all the balsamic is absorbed.
