1 bunch red radishes, cleaned and thinly sliced
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour. Cook over medium
heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove
from heat. Gradually stir in milk. Heat to a boil, stirring constantly. Add
salt and pepper to taste. Boil and stir one minute. Meanwhile, steam
radishes to desired firmness (approximately 5 minutes). Fold sauce into
steamed radishes.
