Here are some ideas on preparing radish.
Slice or grate radishes raw and toss with other veggies in a
vinaigrette or yogurt dressing
Add whole or sliced to mixed vegetable stir-fries.
Steam 8-10 minutes until tender but not mushy. Roll in butter
and add dash of salt and pepper.
Use in soups and stews as you would a turnip.
Spread butter or soft cheese on bread and layer with thin slices
of radish and a sprinkle of salt.
