WATERMELON RADISH SALAD WITH ENDIVE,
PLUMS, AND BALSAMIC ONIONS

1 watermelon radish, julienne
2 plums, sliced thin
1 spple, julienne
1 cup endive leaves, washed and dried
¼ cup
Balsamic Onions
1 tsp olive oil
3 TBSP
Roasted Apple Vinaigrette
To taste salt, kosher
To taste lemon juice, fresh
Combine radish, julienne apple, endive leaves and plums in a bowl.
Toss with Balsamic Onions, Apple Vinaigrette, olive oil, lemon juice and salt
& pepper.
Place on a plate and drizzle with Apple Vinaigrette.
