Bok Choy is a wonderfully delicate Asian cooking green. Use the
recipe below, with ingredient amounts to your taste. You may like to
throw the chopped stem in for a minute before adding the greens, or
cook them together for varied texture. Just make sure you don’t
throw them out, they are the best part!
Bok Choy, chopped
Mushrooms, diced
Garlic, minced
Scallions, chopped
Olive Oil
1) Sauté garlic and mushrooms in olive
oil for a few minutes.
2) Add bok choy and cook until tender.
3) Top with chopped scallions and
serve with rice.
