BRAISING SWISS CHARD

Braising is a cooking method similar to sautéing, but with liquid. Swiss
Chard is perfect for cooking in this way. Here are a few other ways to
use cooking greens.

        Try tender cooking greens like Swiss Chard raw on sandwiches
and burritos.
        Mix greens into omelets, lasagna, quiches, and casseroles.
        Add greens to soups for additional color, flavor, and texture
