PASTA SALAD WITH DAIKON AND TAT SOI

        Ingredients:
1 lb. small pasta, cooked (drain & rinse
      with cold water immediately)
1 bunch tatsoi, de-stemmed and chopped
1 large daikon radish, halved lengthwise
       & sliced about 1/8" thick.
1/2 lb. red grapes, halved
Dressing:
2 Tablespoons honey
mustard powder to taste
fresh herbs to taste
1/4 c. raspberry or balsamic vinegar
½ cup olive oil
  Directions:
Mix the salad ingredients together, mix the dressing ingredients, toss
dressing with pasta mix.
