TURNIP GREENS IN MISO SOUP

1 bunch washed turnip greens
1 Tbsp each miso paste, peanut oil,
and toasted sesame oil
Sugar to taste
Boil greens for 1 minute. Drain and run under cool water. Squeeze
gently to remove excess water and chop finely. Put miso paste in a
small bowl and stir in 2 Tbsp water. Heat peanut oil in large skillet over
medium heat. Add the chopped greens and cook until tender. Add
thinned miso paste and sugar to taste, stirring until thoroughly
combined. Remove from heat and stir in toasted sesame oil. Serve over
rice.
